I prodotti ordinati sono generalmente inviati entro 2 giorni dal ricevimento del pagamento: in ogni caso mai oltre 5 giorni lavorativi dal pagamento e vengono spediti tramite corriere TNT/FedEx con tracciatura e consegna senza firma.

Our lead times are slightly longer than those commonly available on the web. This is because our products are usually stored at the manufacturing companies, where we pick them up following receipt of orders. We thus avoid long storage in the warehouse: not only that, but this gives us the opportunity to meet frequently with manufacturers and to be constantly informed about their availability and news.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.
